We sincerely apologize for not accepting returns because we are in the printing Ecommerce business, where 80% of the products are customized on the customer’s demand and are of no use to us. However, if the product you have ordered is defective or has some issue, we will reship the product or provide you with a refund only after conducting proper investigations, which will include the request for images and videos.
2) Time Frame
A customer should contact us within 7 days after receiving their order if they have any problems or concerns, and we will gladly assist them; however, if you contact us after 7 days, we sincerely apologize that we will be unable to assist you with that particular order.
3) Refund Method
If we are going to refund you, we will provide you with a written document and then request the bank details where you need the refund, and the refund will be executed within 7 business days, depending on your bank’s operations.
